Amplexor & Acolad join forces to consolidate global footprint and excellence

Today we share exciting news about the future of Amplexor – we are joining the Acolad Group, as part of a combined expansion plan that reinforces our worldwide footprint and leadership position.

This will be the biggest M&A operation in both companies’ history and an important milestone – not only for Amplexor, their customers and partners, but also for the content and language services industry.

In addition to the geographic complementarity, with leading positions in US, Europe and Asia, Amplexor will enrich the Group with a comprehensive portfolio of content management and digital experience solutions, reinforcing Acolad’s broad presence and cross-selling capabilities..

Amplexor and Acolad combine their profound expertise in professional language and content services delivery and a unique client and solution portfolio in industries such as Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Finance, Consumer Goods and the Public Sector.

Both companies are excited about the vision for the joint organization, fueled by a shared passion for client partnerships, innovative technology solutions, and operational excellence.

This consolidation, which is contingent upon necessary antitrust approvals, will be completed by the end of Q4 2019. In the meantime, their mission remains unchanged, as they continue to operate globally and support customers and partners. When the deal is confirmed, the Group will pass the symbolic threshold of 2,000 employees and have a combined turnover of more than 270 million euros for the 2019 year.
